Ordered online goods can be delivered at the address specified by the buyer, from a courier company, courier office or Prestige Aqua Ltd, according to the customer’s wishes.
The cost of delivery when it is to the home or office of the client or to a courier office is determined by the courier company and is borne by the customer.
The time limit for placing an order is 1 to 3 business days (depending on stock availability) except for orders made on holiday or holiday days where the term may be longer.
Consignments are delivered from Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 18.00 and Saturday between 09.00 and 13.00.
Some settlements may be served by a courier on a schedule fixed in advance by the courier.
Exceptions to special orders are possible when the delivery time may be longer than 3 business days.
The user is obliged to provide access and contact person to accept and pay (if not yet) the ordered products.
If the customer (or a person authorized by him / herself) is not found within the agreed delivery time and can not be contacted by phone at the time of delivery, the shipment returns to the courier’s office upon request by the user.
Prestige Aqua Ltd or a courier company representative are committed to informing the user by phone or e-mail if sudden circumstances arise which prevent delivery of the goods in time.
If you can not complete the order because the product is not available, Prestige Aqua Ltd. will inform the customer about this situation.
The ordered item (s) will be properly packaged along with the accompanying documents.
You have the opportunity to open the shipment and review the items before paying the courier.
You need to check the contents of the Goods Match Package with the request when you receive the shipment.
In the event of any violation of the appearance of the goods arising from the transport, you should contact the courier who must draw up a damaged shipment report.
